Orders within Germany (1-3 working days) and the EU (3-7 working days) are delivered free of charge within Germany from an order value of 49 €. Please contact for more information here.

From € 49,00 we send the goods free of shipping costs.
Up to this amount you pay € 3,90 per order.
EU countries
From € 99,00 we send the goods free of shipping costs.
Up to this amount you pay € 7,90 per order.
Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland fall for you
Shipping costs of € 14,90 per order.
RETURNS
(1) Non-personalized products: With Puresigns you have the right to your goods within 30 daysIf you do not like it or if it is defective, you can return it free of charge. This applies from the day on which you or a third party named by you receives the goods. There is no need to give reasons for the return within this period. It is important that the goods have not been used.
(2) Personalized products: If a product has been personalized, unfortunately we cannot allow returns. If a personalized product arrives damaged, you can of course return it free of charge. Please read our for this Terms and Conditions for further information (III.).
HOW CAN AN ITEM BE RETURNED?
Send us an email to service@puresigns.de and let us know that you would like to return an item. If this has been personalized but is damaged, please send us a photo of the damage.
We will then send you the return slip by email. Please print it out and stick the label on the package. Returns are free of charge for you.
When we have received the product, we will transfer your payment back to you as soon as possible.

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking link from us via email as soon as we have dispatched your order. So you can always see exactly where your order is.
